Leclerc took over the first training in Monaco
The home rider Ferrari Charles Leclerc took the fastest time in initial training for the Grand Prize Monaco. Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen ended up behind him.
The first free practice at the Monaco Grand Prix was the Ferrari. The fastest time was 1: 13.978 by home pilot Charles Leclerc, who beat team colleague Lewis Hamilton by more than two tenths of a second on the Monte Carlo city circuit. The third ended Max Verstappen from Red Bull.
A good form was also confirmed by the leader of the Kimi Antonelli Championship from the Mercedes, which took fourth place. Training has been interrupted several times by yellow flags after minor incidents. Ferrari has already indicated after the first trips that it will be among the main favorites of the weekend.
