Genesis reveals new lives for Le Mans

The design, inspired by Korean brand roots, is characterized by a colour transition from magma orange in front to rich red in the back, which symbolizes energy, speed and volcanic origin associated with the Korean Peninsula. Both cars will have the same overall design, while the # 19 car will be distinguished by white logos and highlighted elements.

Livery is the evolution of the Magma concept, which was first introduced at Le Mans in 2025. Creative director of Genesis, Luc Donckerwolke, stated that the decision to transfer this design to the racing track was influenced by the feedback of fans. "Fans and supporters loudly expressed their love for the orange concept of Magma, which was introduced last year," said and described the final design as "more than just racing design" and "artistic expression" of the performance identity of the brand.

The unveiling is preceded by the first performance of the Genesis Magma Racing team in this classic endurance race. The head of the Cyril Abiteboul team called Le Mans the "biggest weekend of our year" and said that transferring the identity of Magma to the circuit is "very important to the team."
